Terms of Service
1. Who we are and acceptance
Holy Pools ("Holy Pools", "we", "us") operates the sports prediction game available at www.holypools.com, run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [COMPANY ADDRESS]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Holy Pools. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement, that the information you provide is accurate, and that using Holy Pools is lawful where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you; the service may not be available in all jurisdictions. One account per person.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at theholypools@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity verification ("KYC") before enabling certain features, and may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
4. Wallet, credits, and (no) deposits
Holy Pools accounts include a balance denominated in USDT-equivalent units. At this stage of the service, balances are promotional credits granted by Holy Pools (for example, after account verification). Deposits of real funds are not currently available, and withdrawals are not currently available. Promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted, expired, or revoked to correct errors or abuse. If and when real deposits and withdrawals launch, these terms will be updated and you will be asked to accept the new version before using those features.
5. Games, entries, and settlement
Holy Pools offers prediction games including daily pools ("Play Now"), survivor tournaments, season-long pools, and head-to-head games. Entry fees are deducted from your balance when you join and held in escrow until the game settles. Prize pools are funded by entry fees minus the platform fee shown before you join. Predictions lock at the times shown in the game; locked predictions cannot be changed. Scoring and payout rules are those displayed in each game's rules panel at the time of entry. If a match is cancelled or void, the affected entries are handled as described in the game rules (typically scored without the void match, or refunded when no matches can be scored). Settlement results computed by the platform are final, except where we determine a technical error occurred, in which case we may correct results and adjust balances accordingly.
6. Fair play and prohibited conduct
You agree not to: use more than one account; collude with other players; use bots, scripts, or automated tooling to play; exploit bugs (report them instead); attempt to manipulate settlement or outcomes; or interfere with the service's operation or security. We may void entries, withhold winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.
7. Responsible gaming
Holy Pools is meant to be entertainment. Play within your limits. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, contact us at theholypools@gmail.com and we will close or suspend your account at your request. Resources such as the National Council on Problem Gambling (ncpgambling.org, 1-800-GAMBLER in the US) are available if you need help.
8. Intellectual property
The service, including its design, code, and content, belongs to Holy Pools or its licensors. Sports data, team names, and logos belong to their respective owners; Holy Pools is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league or team.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party sports data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holy Pools' aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount of platform fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion via theholypools@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or extended inactivity, with notice where practicable. Settled results and records required for audit are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version you accepted at signup is recorded with your account.
12. Governing law and contact
